My recipe for chocolate mint gel treats.

Combine in appealing proportions:

coconut milk

cocoa powder

agave syrup (or sweetener of your choice)

a tiny bit of peppermint extract

agar powder (about a quarter cup for a quart of liquid)

Whisk together until dissolved.

Heat to boil, stirring often.

Poor into molds.  Let them solidify.  Pop out and enjoy.
