Recipe for [easy, vegan, grain-free] Chocolate Muffins

1 cup warm non-dairy milk
1/3 cup walnut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Almond Flour
½ cup hazelnut flour
¼ cup hemp protein powder
1/3 cup tapioca starch
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp agar powder

Mix all ingredients.  Bake in full-sized muffin pan at 350F for ~23 minutes.  Mini muffin pan for 18 minutes.
